Meet Dr. Curry and Courtney Telfer N.P.
This Office was established in October of 2019 by Doctor Curry with the goal of providing quality Medical care for People of all ages. Curry Family Medicine is an indapendant office that works cohesivly with other providers in the community.
Dr. Amy Curry
Dr. Curry had a long journy to medicine originally attending school aiming to get her PHD while doing research she decided to go into teaching. After being a highschool science teacher for a few years she chose to go back to school and got her Docterate from Michigan State University. She chose Family medicine because of her interests in all aspects of medicine and felt that it was a perfect combination of teaching and Medicine.
Courtney Telfer achieved her Masters in Nursing at Spring Arbor University and her Bachelors Degree from Michigan State University. She has more than a decade of nursing care experience; most of which was in the adult cardiovascular intensive care at Sparrow Hospital. She also spent some time working in outpatient mental health, urology, and physical medicine & rehabilitation practices.
Courtney has a passion for preventive care and her goal is to keep patients out of the hospital.
